Focus...
Are you aware that what you focus on increases??
What ever you decide to focus your concentration on will grow. So by using your thoughts, actions and your emotions what ever you apply it to will grow stronger!! NOW this will work in two ways… of course you will have your positive and some may have their negative. Of course we all want to concentrate on the positive as this in the least amount will at least make your day better and more enjoyable – for you as well as the other people (and pets) around you!
So the trick here is to concentrate positively… use the words in a positive motion. Here is an example, if you or someone you are aware of: friend or a family member is sick and you wish them to feel better, you must concentrate on the healing… NOT the sick...
Remember what you think about grows and manifests itself to you!! So what you must say and think is. “I wish you well.” Or “I believe that you are better and all healthy.”
You want to use the positive words in thoughts and in words i.e. –
Healthy, Wealthy, Happy, Filled with Beauty, phrase it how you want to feel….
The things you do NOT want to think or say would be like the following -
I wish I was not sick (sick – negative word)
…Instead I am sooo glad that I am healthy, or I wish to be healthier
I wish a wasn’t so poor (poor… wrong choice of word)
…Instead I wish to be wealthier!
……………I am so glad that I am becoming so Healthy, Wealthy and Rich!!!!
What ever has been appearing in your life is brought to yourself by choices… Always use the happy positive words in what you want and how you want to feel in life… AND it will be yours….
Change your life “focus”… and you life “living” will follow…
